Worth is a high-end luxury clothing company that operates a national network of sales associates who meet and service clients in the intimate setting of their own home. The clothing is beautiful, high-quality and priced for an affluent clientele. As the front line representation of the brand, their sales associates are quite high-end as well. This is no Tupperware party. The top selling women that we met with are leaders and trend setters in affluent communities with the reach and influence to market to the brand’s core clientele. Many of them are professionals who have re-entered the workforce looking for significant income and the flexibility they need to happily balance work with life and family. The company presents an excellent sales opportunity and the top sellers are making very comfortable commissions on their work.
We were hired by Beeby, Clark and Meyler to work with them on the production of a series of videos to tell the Worth story to prospective sales candidates. We interviewed some of the company’s top sellers and focused on the core essence of both Worth brands; spirited, sexy, smart (W by Worth) and modern, luxurious, alluring (Worth New York).
It was a solid experience getting some exposure to the brand while surrounded by powerful, accomplished, very stylish women, and one our favorite creative directors, Tom Beeby.
